Founded in 1969, the Michigan License Plate Collectors Association (MLPCA) is an organization dedicated the the license plate collecting hobby and the fraternal benefits of members sharing a common interest. Membership is open to license plate enthusiasts worldwide.
The club holds license plate swap meets are twice each year, in the spring and fall. Members buy, sell, and trade plates, and may enter displays for judging to compete for awards.
MLPCA publishes a printed newsletter six times per year. Membership is on a calendar year basis, with dues being $15.00 per year. New members joining after July 31 may pay half the annual rate.
